The fuses are in so now its really just waiting for Centerpoint. We have filled our nights with vodka and OJ, reading, hanging out with the neighbours when they come over and rummicub. The weather is helping, last night was very cool. It even rained yesterday! Thats really what Galveston needed.
Our gym is completely destroyed, so we arent sure when we can get back to our workout. Our favorite restaurant re-opened though! Hopefully we'll be eating there soon! Claudia is probably coming too! I am waiting to hear if she booked it. I think we can have a great time here. It is really cleaning up where we live. And all the planned festivities are happening. From the 15th of this month it looks like, all businesses will get their permits to start building. We will see who comes back and who sells their space. I am sure that it can get back to normal. Now the neighbourhoods is a different story.
I cant wait to show you more pics! We have been taking more pics around the island and of the MRE's (military food, its awesome!!!) and random evenings.
